I loved it oh so much.

It was positivley amazing. I cannot express how much I was drawn to this. I loved how it sounded similar to if you were narrating, oh say a 1920's style book like The Great Gatsby, but you linked connections to today which give people a chance to connect, such as YouTube, Whopper, Etc. Etc.

And the narrating itself was incredible! Perfect, crisp, emotional and it made you want to read on. But you didn't over act lines and make it awkward to listen.

And the art was absolute eye candy. Every picture was detailed and lush, and it had it's own original feel to it.

*sigh* How I wish one day I could narrate a Storybook such as this...

Anyway, Incredible job, and I hope you do more, or at least set an example for others to do the same.

What a wonderful review! We all really appreciate your excellent comments!
It was a dream project in terms of all the magnificent personalities I was collaborating with, the content I was able to produce in a short time-span and the generally overwhelming reception it's received since its launch!

If you want to do some narration, or any kind of VA work, you should probably do yourself a little demo reel; maybe just read an excerpt of your favourite piece of writing and then upload it. If you and your equipment are up to a good standard I'll probably put you on my list in case I need further voices in future projects.
Plus, having a reel will allow you to get other producers interested in your voice.
There are plenty of other stories on the Storybook Collab which could do with a voice to air them! http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/1 003968

Many thanks for your kind words; I'll aim to do more and encourage others to venture into exciting territory themselves. Hope to hear from you again, in voice or in text, in the near future.

Fantastic Show.

Although a little dry at times, the fight scenes were incredibly entertaining, from the moment Sonic gets the fire flower and Luigi becomes the stone thing, and they use him to destroy half that army is a complete adrenaline rush.

Speaking of which, I'm glad you actually GAVE Sonic the ability to use items, I didn't think you would make this possible... but from what i've seen in this episode, I am truly glad you did! It was an epic happening.

Every time I watch a new episode you seem to get better, more crisp with your movements and actions. And how you can tell that Alvin-Earthworm made this.
For example your trademark (*FLASH* *FLASH* BOOM!) attack that gives me goosbumps everytime it happens.:D

Also, I am truly excited you used close up facial expressesions! And your own artwork! I hope you continue to use this in your next episodes.

However, I despise the inclusion of this "Captain" character. It's not that he isn't badass, which he is, but the fact that he can turn people into stone is kind of a mood killer for me.
This means that this character, if he didn't have a grudge against Mario and wanted to beat him in a one on one brawl, could've ended the story right here, turning all the heros into stone, and then reduce them to rubble. :-/ And this also means that the only reason they might get out of this situation is by pure luck, not skill.

I hope you add like, I dunno, a problem with his stone power... like people can only remain stone for a limited time or, people who are *blank, blank, blank* like Mario can't be turned to stone, and he beats him fair and square.

But that's just me. Even if this idea is present, I do love the suspense :3

It was very enjoyable, and I cannot wait for the next one. Good Luck with the series Alvin-Earthworm.

Very Nice

Congratulations on winning the Nick Animation festival, but I'm a little curious... what did you add in that made is 22 seconds instead of 15?

Wow!

Oh wow, that was great! I'm not sure why, but I really really like this. The dialogue was so natural, nothing sounded forced. Great Job, and make more!

Wow!!!

Man dude, i have to say, this idea was fresh and original.
The voice acting was really smooth, and while the art wasn't that fantastic the story line really helped it along.

*Chuckle*

Oh you silly. This put a smile on my face.

God, yes.

I love Kingdom Hearts... A LOT. Brings back memories formt he firts... although the manga is a bit different i surely enjoyed it. Thank you. And Please make more!

KobraEditing responds:

Thank you...I think the only way I would make more is if I had a friend to help me, but no one I know animates and I don't want to collab with someone online.

Really Nice.

This completly oozes originality. The characters are perfect, and move in a freaky fashion, that entertains while you listen. Another thing I notice about your animation style, that it is almost Identical to Catoblepas'. Is that just coincidence or is there something else?

Anyway, Great Video and I applaud you, can't wait for more.

TheBoogley responds:

Catoblepas and I are your conscience...
We ooze in wibbley wobbley ways, telling you what to do.

Very clever, but in the end...

I think you just made it to use that awesome pun.

"You can Alaphabet on it"

Excellent.

The-Super-Flash-Bros responds:

the pun came at the last minute and saved my ass, actually

I've always wanted to see a KKK Meeting, and a Black Panther Rally be booked at the same place... and they both arrive at the same time.
